Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Coordination & Project Support Executive. The ideal candidate is a young go-getter with excellent communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working closely with customers, generating and managing leads, preparing compelling proposals, and tracking the progress of ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Lead Management: Identify, nurture, and follow up on leads through various channels to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with internal teams to draft, format, and deliver professional business proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Project Tracking: Monitor and report the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update records of leads, proposals, and project statuses in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and project timelines.
  • Feedback Handling: Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and escalate issues when required.
  • Market Research: Conduct basic research to identify new business opportunities or trends to support the sales team.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in [Specify Required Languages].
