Job Description

Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our growing team at Trijit Technologies. With a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in human resources, you will be responsible for key HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, and leave management. This is a great opportunity to further develop your HR career while contributing to the smooth functioning of our HR department and supporting employee satisfaction and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Internal Recruitment:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions within the organization.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds with hiring managers.
  • Onboard new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
  • Assist in maintaining the recruitment tracker and recruitment metrics.

  1. Payroll Support:
  • Assist in processing payroll and ensuring all payments are made on time.
  • Update and maintain employee payroll records with accuracy.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll and resolve any discrepancies.

  1. Leave & Attendance Management:
  • Oversee and process employee leave requests in line with company policies.
  • Track attendance and manage records of leaves for accurate reporting.
  • Generate detailed leave and attendance reports for management review.

    Employee Relations & Support:
  • Provide general HR support to employees and managers.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and acting as a liaison between staff and management.

  1. HR Documentation & Compliance:
  • Ensure all HR records and documents are maintained accurately and in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with other HR administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Human Resources, with hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and leave management.

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
