What You Will Be Doing

• Analyzing intricate patterns in student learning data using AI, and turning these insights into pioneering strategies that transform science education.
• Creating AI-driven virtual experiments and simulations that bring complex scientific concepts to life, captivating and educating students.
• Developing adaptive learning pathways that adjust in real-time, making complex scientific theories approachable and engaging for students of all levels.
• Working alongside a diverse team of educators, scientists, and AI specialists to redefine the boundaries of science education, directly influencing the educational experiences of thousands of students.

Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities
Lead efforts to achieve significant improvements in student science learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and execution, achieving a 2x increase in concept mastery across various scientific fields (biology, chemistry, physics, etc.) and educational levels.
Basic Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in a scientific discipline (such as Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or similar)
• 3+ years of experience in teaching science or developing science curriculum, with proven impact on learning results
• Basic programming skills in any coding language
• Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for purposes like content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
