Job Description
- Conduct scoping calls & perform product demos
- Maintain active leads through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
- Perform lead outreach via social media platforms to expand our professional network.
- Execute outreach activities to generate leads in specified sectors.
- Work closely with the product development team to understand product features and benefits.
- Update website pages with content from data sheets
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Review web pages for bugs, content mismatch, functionality errors, and visual component errors.
- Ensure the website is up-to-date and aligned with marketing strategies.
- Plan and create blog posts for the website to engage audiences and improve SEO.
- Create product-based marketing content for social media to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Maintain a social media calendar for organized publishing
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, print, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers.
- Use CRM tools to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
- Contact existing clients for SLA extension, maintenance activities, and restocking.
- Coordinate with the Admin team for product procurement and inventory management.
- Provide support to the US team and coordinate with them for various projects.
- Participate in weekly evening work calls with the US team, typically lasting 2-3 hours, to ensure effective communication and collaboration across time zones.
- Create strategies, presentations, and reports based on requests by cross-functional teams within the deadlines
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM software and analytics tools is a plus.
- Able to collaborate actively with other team members in a cross-functional global environment and a self-starter
- Experience conducting product demonstrations of SaaS products or similar.
- Experience with B2B sales.
