Job Description

You will be responsible for conducting monthly staff meetings with the care team. Your duties will include monitoring the delivery of care through patient rounds, documenting care activities, and ensuring effective communication for transfer and discharge plans. It will be essential for you to motivate the staff to uphold a high standard of patient care.

In addition, you will be educating patients and their families on the care plan, providing detailed information on treatments, procedures, medications, and ongoing care requirements. You will also be tasked with creating and managing staff work schedules and developing interdisciplinary management tools through active participation in meetings and coordination of care information.
Your role will involve evaluating care outcomes with the interdisciplinary team by measuring the effectiveness of interventions. It is imperative to comply with hospital and legal requirements, ensuring that nursing practices align with the hospital's rules and regulations. You will also be expected to prioritize safety by adhering to policies and procedures aimed at preventing bloodborne and airborne diseases.

Respecting patient rights and maintaining their confidentiality will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will contribute to maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards. Additionally, you will maintain the patient care database by accurately entering new information as it becomes available and supporting the team in achieving related results as needed.
This is a full-time position requiring proficiency in Hindi, with the work location being in-person.,
