Job Description
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Human Resources & Marketing departments at TRINITY MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL in Nagaram. Your primary focus will be on handling HR tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, you will oversee the marketing department, where your role involves developing marketing strategies, managing social media, organizing events, and strengthening the hospital's brand presence within the community.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Human Resources Management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Moreover, proficiency in Marketing and Digital Marketing is essential, particularly in strategy development and social media management. Your ability to effectively multitask, communicate clearly both in writing and verbally, and collaborate with diverse teams will be crucial for success in this position.
While prior experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous, it is not mandatory. However, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Furthermore, having knowledge of labor laws and regulations will be beneficial for carrying out your duties effectively.
