Accounts Receivable Analyst

About the Role

We are hiring AR Analysts (Accounts Receivable Analysts) to join our growing US Healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) team.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or experienced professionals who want to build a strong career in the Healthcare BPO industry.

You will be responsible for analyzing claims, following up with insurance companies, and ensuring timely payments for medical services.

Training will be provided for freshers.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on US healthcare insurance claims
  
  within the AR (Accounts Receivable) process.
• Follow up with insurance companies via phone and email for claim status.
• Identify and resolve denials, rejections, or underpayments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of claim actions in the system.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

• Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, BCA, etc. all streams welcome).

  Get Hired
  Good English communication skills (verbal & written) are mandatory.
• Willingness to work in US night shifts.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and data entry).
• For experienced candidates: 13 years in AR calling / Denial management preferred.
