Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Management & Outreach:
- Engage with leads generated via ads and other channels with professionalism and speed.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients through personalized communication and follow-ups.
- Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person meetings to understand client needs and showcase TMWs offerings.
2. Proposal and Presentation Development:
- Create detailed, visually impactful proposals customized to meet client requirements.
- Develop professional PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate TMWs capabilities and value propositions.
3. Sales Strategy & Client Management:
- Handle sales activities for both Content Consulting and Outsourcing verticals.
- Present TMWs expertise confidently to potential clients, articulating how we address their unique challenges.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication and relationship management.
4. On-Ground Client Engagement:
- Attend in-person client meetings in Noida and nearby regions as needed.
- Build trust and credibility through face-to-face interactions, showcasing TMWs commitment to personalized service.
5. Reporting & Collaboration:
- Work directly with the founders to design and implement sales strategies.
- Regularly update the leadership team with progress reports, insights, and feedback from clients.
Must-Have Skills:
- Fluent English Communication: Impeccable verbal and written English skills, with the ability to persuade and engage.
- Sales Acumen: Proven experience in converting leads into long-term business relationships.
- Quick Thinking: Ability to grasp client needs in real time and offer suitable solutions.
- Proposal & Presentation Skills: Proficiency in crafting professional proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
- Client Management: Confidence in handling senior decision-makers and negotiating effectively.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or business development in content consulting or outsourcing domains.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional on-ground client meetings.
