Product Manager (0–2 Years) – AI Enterprise Products

We work with some of the largest BFSI and enterprise clients in India and globally, helping them accelerate onboarding, sharpen sales skills, and achieve customer excellence.

We are looking for a Product Manager who blends strong business acumen with curiosity for AI-driven product building. At Trovex, our PMs dont just write PRDsthey leverage prompt engineering, AI design tools, and rapid prototyping to bring ideas to life faster and smarter.

This role is ideal for someone who is just starting out in product management but wants to work on cutting-edge enterprise AI products, and is excited to use AI as their co-pilot.

• Product Discovery & Strategy
• Understand business needs and customer pain points (especially in enterprise SaaS & BFSI domains).
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable product roadmaps.
• AI-Enhanced Product Development

• Use prompt engineering to write PRDs and refine product specifications.
• Create wireframes and user flows using AI tools like Figma + AI plugins.
• Build basic prototypes using no-code/AI-assisted platforms.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with clients to capture feedback and validate product features.
• Execution & Impact
• Drive features from concept to launch.
• Monitor adoption, performance, and iterate based on data and customer insights.

• 02 years of experience in product management, consulting, or business strategy.
• MBA (preferred) or strong academic credentials from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institution.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand enterprise/B2B SaaS dynamics.
• Passion for AI tools, prompt engineering, and no-code prototyping.
