Human Resource (Intern)

Truck Hai is a tech-driven logistics aggregator platform connecting brokers, fleet owners, and businesses (MSME, SME, MNC) for goods movement across India. We are building fintech-enabled solutions for our users, including insurance and working capital support, to enhance efficiency in the logistics industry.

Internship Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern from a Tier-1 college in India who is currently enrolled and has not yet graduated. This is a 3-month unpaid internship offering a rare opportunity to work directly from the Founders Office, gaining first-hand exposure to the inner workings of a fast-scaling tech startup.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.

Support onboarding and induction processes for new team members.

Assist in designing and implementing HR policies and processes.

Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.

Contribute to employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing graduation from a Tier-1 college in India (IIT, IIM, XLRI, ISB, FMS, TISS, etc.).

Must be a current student; applicants who have already graduated will not be considered.

Prior hands-on experience in HR-related functions (internships, projects, or campus activities).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

High level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Duration: 3 Months (Full-time, Unpaid)
