Job Description
- You are a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with over 4 years of experience in the logistics or transportation industry, possessing a strong background in CRM systems and Agile project environments. Your main responsibility involves gathering business requirements, preparing detailed documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), creating user stories, and supporting product development through tools like Jira, Confluence, wireframes, flowcharts, and traceability matrices.
Your role includes gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from various logistics stakeholders like operations, dispatch, fleet management, warehousing, and customer service teams. You will be tasked with aligning IT solutions with business goals by developing and maintaining detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and participating in backlog grooming sessions.
To ensure nothing is overlooked during delivery, you will utilize a traceability matrix to track requirements across the lifecycle. Active participation in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives is essential for successful project execution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and SMEs using Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation is a key aspect of your role.
Additionally, you will support CRM integrations, help desk modules, and logistics dashboards by defining precise workflows and API-related requirements. Your tasks will also involve assisting in preparing UAT test cases, coordinating stakeholder reviews, and ensuring successful feature rollouts.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of Business Analyst experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the logistics, supply chain, or transport sector. Proficiency in CRM platforms, documentation skills in BRD, FRD, wireframes, and process flow diagrams, as well as familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, and wireframing tools is required. A good understanding of Agile Scrum methodology, experience in creating and maintaining traceability matrices, and strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration are also important.
Preferred qualifications include domain knowledge of freight movement, trip creation, driver assignments, POD, invoicing, and settlement flows, familiarity with logistics ERP or TMS systems, Agile certification (e.g., CSM, CSPO), or logistics certifications. This is a full-time, permanent position located in person, offering benefits like food provision and working on a day shift schedule.,
