Position- Client Care Executive - Tamil, Telugu, Kannada (ALL in One)

Location Gurugram

Working Module: 6 days Working from Office (Sundays fixed off)

Shift Timing: 10 AM to 7PM

Job Profile:

• We are looking for Fluent Tamil, Telugu, Kannada Languages Resource.

1. Ensuring Client retention and Satisfaction.
2. Outbound / inbound Calling
3. Generating client visit through follow up calls to existing clients.

4. Proven Sales experience.

Skill Requirements :

1. Enter and update customer information in the Excel & CRM.
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting Tele sales goal.
3. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
4. Daily calling on Dialer and Manual calling which will be around 150 approx. in a day.
5. Ask questions to understand customer objections and convince them to visit stores/clinics for sales.
