Job Description
- As a Recruiting Coordinator (International Voice Customer Service) at our company located in Gurgaon Sector 48, you will be responsible for performing recruitment operations tasks with precision and efficiency, adhering to client-specific standard operating procedures. Working closely with the process Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Operations Manager, you will identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and execute rule-based transactions including simple calculations. This role may involve working across multiple clients to meet their recruitment needs effectively.
Your key responsibilities will include achieving assigned targets within specified quality and timelines, overseeing recruitment activities for all hierarchy positions and verticals independently, coordinating with placement consultants and institutions, conducting skill testing and interviews, strategizing project-specific recruitment, ensuring compliance with documentation and salary guidelines, and contributing to building a positive organizational image to attract top talent. You will also play a crucial role in expanding the talent pool by evaluating new employee profiles and sourcing candidates from various job portals while coordinating interview processes.
To excel in this role, you should possess good written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in computer applications such as Excel and Word. Your ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders and manage recruitment operations will be key to your success in this position.
