Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Catalog Executive to join our team in Powai, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medicine and healthcare product industry, particularly in catalog management. The role involves managing product listings, ensuring accuracy in product details, and monitoring product availability across various channels. The candidate will also be expected to have in-depth knowledge of pharmaceuticals, including knowledge about banned medicines, psychotropic drugs, and various medicine classifications. This role is suited for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a pharmacy store or catalog department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Mapping:

• Ensure accurate mapping of product details from suppliers to the companys catalog system.
• Perform regular checks to ensure products are correctly categorized by therapeutic use, brand, and other key identifiers.

2.Product Listing:

• Create, update, and maintain product listings on the companys website and relevant platforms.
• Add detailed product descriptions, ingredients, dosages, and other relevant information as required.

1. Data Cleanup and Product Detail Corrections:

• Conduct periodic data reviews and cleanups to ensure that product details, including descriptions, specifications, and product name, are accurate and up to date.
• Correct any discrepancies in product information.

4.Monitor Competitor Product Availability:

• Regularly check competitors websites for product availability.
• Analyze competitor offerings and suggest improvements or adjustments to the catalog strategy.

5.Product Pack Size Variant Creation:

• Create and maintain variants for products with different pack sizes.
• Ensure that variations are listed accurately, with proper dosage, composition, and quantity for each variant.

1. Knowledge of Discontinued Products & Pack Size Changes:

• Maintain records of discontinued products and update the catalog accordingly.
• Keep track of any pack size changes and update product details in the catalog.

1. Regulatory Knowledge:

• Possess knowledge of banned medicines, psychotropic drugs, and their regulation in India.
• Understand schedules, classifications (acute, chronic), and company-specific regulations.
• Be aware of the requirements for prescription-based (Rx) and non-prescription (OTC) products.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medicine store, catalog department, or a similar role.
• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Pharmacy.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical products, including categories like Rx, OTC, psychotropic drugs, and banned substances.
• Ability to analyze and compare product data across various platforms and competitors websites.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in catalog management.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product listing systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle, including discontinued products and pack size changes.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with healthcare-related products and catalog systems.
• Understanding of the regulatory framework related to medicine and healthcare products in India.
