Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 6+ years focused on Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Proficiency in documenting requirements, use cases, and functional designs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Must have salesforce certifications
