Job Description
Role Overview
Act as the primary strategic liaison and trusted advisory leader between Disneys internal business units (such as Disney Experiences, Parks & Resorts) and CEI. This role ensures seamless collaboration, technology alignment, and successful delivery of integrated systems across Disney s enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for CEI, ensuring alignment with Disney s enterprise technology strategy and segment-specific needs.
- Build high-trust relationships and facilitate collaboration across technology teams and business leaders.
- Integration Project Leadership
- Lead and oversee complex integration initiatives, including solution design, planning, implementation, and scaling operations (especially across hotels, resorts, and entertainment tech).
- Technical Strategy Alignment
- Partner with internal Disney tech leadership to align CEI integration efforts with broader roadmaps and segment-specific trajectories.
- Change Management & Communication
- Act as a change agent by coordinating training, governance, and adoption strategies for newly integrated systems; communicate proactively with stakeholders.
- Delivery Execution & Oversight
- Monitor and support integration workflows, UAT, performance optimization, and issue resolution in collaboration with CEI delivery partners.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting
- Measure integration success using project KPIs, technology performance data, and stakeholder feedback. Share insights to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8 12+ experience with hotels, resorts, or entertainment industry systems is important.
- Strong financial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience working in a major market - Orlando - is mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios in a consultative role.
