About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in enterprise solution architecture, customer consulting, AI platform design, and cloud-native AI technologies.

The role requires close collaboration with customers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery organizations to design scalable AI solutions that solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI and Generative AI solution architectures for enterprise customers.
• 
  Architect scalable AI applications using LLMs, RAG, Vector Search, Prompt Engineering, and enterprise knowledge retrieval.
• Lead customer discovery workshops, solution discussions, and technical consulting engagements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution designs.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the AI solution lifecycle from architecture to deployment.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, and Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Support pre-sales activities by contributing to technical solutioning and customer proposals.
• Define AI governance, Responsible AI, and architecture best practices.
• Mentor technical teams and drive AI capability development.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, AI, Data, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and/or AWS Bedrock.
• Strong understanding of AI platform architecture and cloud-native solution design.
• Experience with Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
• Exposure to AI Governance and Responsible AI practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building enterprise AI platforms.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience developing reusable AI accelerators and frameworks.
• Exposure to MLOps and enterprise AI deployment.
• Experience working across BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Telecom domains.
