- Experience scaling a sub-1,000 employee IT Services firm from scratch.
- This role is not suitable for candidates who worked only for large IT Services firms, product companies, OEMs, GCCs, or captive TA environments.
The Mandate:
- Small to Mid-size IT Services Experience (lesser than 1000 headcounts).
- IST working hours with required flexibility for PST overlap.
Role Brief/Deliver:
- 300+ lateral hires/year - FTE + Contract - Managed Services & T&M.
- Workforce forecasting with Delivery and Business leadership.
