Key Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt responses.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support the HR and finance departments with basic administrative tasks.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional front-office experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Office Administration is a plus.
- 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
