HR Assistant

Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a dedicated and organized HR assistant to support our human resources operations in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and update HR databases

• Help prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and termination documents
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Monitor employee attendance and leave records
• Assist in organizing employee engagement events and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR or administrative support role
• Familiarity with HR software and MS Office applications
