Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed
- Assist in setting up user accounts, passwords, and permissions
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment, ensuring proper allocation and tracking
- Support data backup processes and recovery operations
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and service requirements
- Provide training and guidance to staff on basic IT procedures and security practices
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a logistics or corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and office productivity tools
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection measures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a customer-service approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
