Job Description
A leading national retail giant is seeking an accomplished leader to drive pan-India sales and business expansion across company-owned and franchise retail networks.
A leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for revenue growth, store productivity, customer experience and omnichannel performance. The role will focus on scaling the franchise network while maximizing performance across company-operated stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and store productivity across COCO & FOFO formats
- Own key retail metrics: conversion, ATV, ASP and footfall efficiency
- Lead customer acquisition, retention and loyalty initiatives
- Drive growth through premium product mix and category expansion
- Optimize inventory, merchandising and overall store profitability
- Lead turnaround of underperforming stores
- Spearhead franchise expansion, onboarding and partner governance
- Build high-performing teams and leadership pipelines
- Drive omnichannel integration across retail and digital platforms
Ideal Candidate Profile

- MBA / PGDM from a reputed institute
- 20-25 years of experience in retail / sales operations leadership roles
- Proven experience managing large multi-store networks
- Strong track record in sales growth, P&L ownership and retail KPIs
- Experience in franchise expansion and omnichannel retail
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour in premium segments
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and cross-functional stakeholders
