We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with 2-3 years of experience of applying AI/ML techniques to solve business problems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models and systems in TrusTrace. They should have a strong understanding of NLP, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, as well as prior experience in developing models for text classification, document analysis, and/or building conversational AI systems.
Responsibilities

• Proactively identify the key areas where AI/ML can lead to transformational impact inside the existing business or platforms
• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and systems for different modalities including NLP (preferred) and Computer Vision.
• Collaborate with technical architects and software engineers to build scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions
• Conduct experiments and evaluate performance of AI/ML models

• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for accuracy and speed
• Develop custom algorithms as needed to solve specific business problems
• Keep up to date with the latest research and advancements in NLP technologies
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, NLP, and deep learning techniques
• Strong programming skills in Python, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn)
• Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms, such as AWS SageMaker and/or Microsoft Azure
