Software Development Engineer L3

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer L3 to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development expertise, experience building scalable applications, and the ability to drive technical decisions across projects. As an SDE III, you will be expected to contribute to architecture, mentor engineers, and lead the development of complex features and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build and optimize backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js and/or React Native.
• Design, manage, and optimize databases using MongoDB and SQL technologies.
• Drive technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Lead feature development from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team growth.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability, scalability, and performance.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Full Stack Development.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and/or React Native.
• Experience with MongoDB and/or SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.

• Prior experience leading projects or mentoring engineers.
