What Youll be Doing
Do you have a passion?for technology and helping others In this role, youll work to resolve technical requests?or complex queries from customers.?Whether its getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, youll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
During a Typical Day, Youll?
- Answer incoming communications from customers via email and chat
- Connect and resolve issues with customers using email and chat
- In certain cases, conduct outbound calls to partners and customers
What You Bring to the Role?
- With 6 months or more customer service experience is preferred but Freshers are also welcome to apply
- High School Diploma
- Experience in the Travel and Hospitality sector is a plus
- Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling
