  • Social Media Marketing
  • Manage all company social media accounts management
  • Manage all platforms without agency for a period of one year
  • Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, content creation with the help of in-house creative team and implementing it with by preparing calendar
  • Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members
  • Develop engaging Content & Communication strategy for social media platforms to grow engagement across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat)
  • Manage, Evaluate & Create reports for all activities. Do post-evaluations for all campaigns to ensure best ROI is generated for engagement and awareness.
  • Create monthly update report along with the data as to how social media posts / campaign is performing
  • Share required assets for electronic media, social media post which would be required by sales team across India for the in-store, mall requirement
  • Update store details on website
  • Work closely with Influencers to increase brand presence on social media
  • Ideate, manage, co-ordinate and execute all influencer activities
  • Digital Marketing
  • Strategically plan the overall digital presence of a brand
  • Manage affiliate marketing with various other brands, websites and platforms to build the brand
  • Manage, monitor, optimize and execute all advertising spends across platforms be it social or others.
  • Manage close accounting and budgeting of all spends done across digital
  • Manage, Evaluate & Create reports for all activities across platforms, websites etc.. Analyse & Evaluate campaigns to ensure best ROI is generated for all CPC, CPM & CTR benchmarks.
  • Store Data Management
  • Work with the agency / internal team members to continuously update store data
  • Ensure Website Store Locator is constantly updated and maintained
  • Listing of stores on Google My Business
  • BTL:
  • Ensure strong and consistent brand visibility across stores & sales touch points to aid brand awareness and consideration
  • Point of Sale, Collateral planning & execution as per brand and product objective . Drive innovation and bring in new communication ideas & formats from time to time to ensure newness and relevance in the stores
  • Support regional branch teams with local marketing requirements and sales push activities to drive sales and promotions
  • Website Management
  • Manage the look and feel of the website
  • Work closely with the agency in order to maintain proper upkeep of all aspects of the website
  • Agency Management (Currently no agency support)
  • Manage social media agency team members, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction
  • Manage other digital vendors for respective jobs and projects as per requirements

    CRM / ORM (this is must, need to write back appropriate reply. Share the product related queries to respective product and servicing team)
  • Manage all responses on complaints, queries etc. received on Social Media
  • Connect with various teams internally to close them as soon as possible
Agency Management: Manage all agencies pertaining to the BTL requirement like Activation agencies, photographers, 3 rd party creative agencies, Video developers, Printing & Branding Vendors
Education
BMM / Post-graduate
Proficiency in managing social media accounts
Experience Requirements
5-year experience in digital / social media marketing.
Agency Experience Is Preferred.
