Job Description
- We are seeking skilled Full-stack Python + JavaScript/TypeScript developers to join our dynamic team dedicated to cutting-edge AI research and commercial applications. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on solving complex problems, writing clean code, and contributing to the field of AI advancements. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with prominent US-based companies in the development of next-generation AI solutions.
As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include developing and optimizing AI models with clean and efficient code, evaluating performance through benchmarking and response ranking, fine-tuning models using high-quality datasets such as SFT and RLHF, ensuring quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation, as well as innovating with new evaluation strategies and improved training workflows.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), experience with Node.js or NestJS and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js), a background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices, solid knowledge of Docker, a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Additional qualifications that would be considered advantageous include experience with LLMs, prompting, or AI fine-tuning, exposure to quality assurance, test-driven development, or test planning.

Engagement Details:
- Commitment: Minimum 20 hrs/week (options: 20, 30, or 40 hrs). Must overlap at least 4 hours with PST.
