Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an HR Management Instructor. The HR Management Instructor will be responsible for creating and delivering course materials, engaging students through live doubt-solving sessions, and providing personal mentorship to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, the instructor will be involved in assessing student performance and providing feedback to support their growth and learning outcomes.

• Strong expertise in HR Management principles, practices, and strategies
• Experience in creating and delivering educational content and course materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective mentorship and interaction
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for e-learning and remote instruction
• Ability to motivate and engage students to ensure successful course completion
• Previous teaching experience and a background in education is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
