Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer support associate to provide exceptional service and support to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. As a key point of contact, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Thoroughly understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and helpful responses.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Tutopias products, services, and policies.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to contribute to service improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with other internal teams to address customer needs.
- Adhere to established customer service procedures and standards.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrable experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Proven ability to actively listen, empathize with customers, and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- A customer-centric attitude with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
- Familiarity with the CRM tools & ed-tech sector is a plus.
- A bachelors degree in any discipline is preferred.
