Designation - MIS Executive / Senior Executive.

Job Purpose:

To manage, analyze, and report key business data by designing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS). The role involves supporting decision-making through accurate, timely, and actionable insights across business functions in the NBFC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for business, sales, credit, collections, and HR functions.
  
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and business performance indicators.
  
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
  
• Coordinate with different departments (Sales, Credit, Collections, Finance, HR) to gather and validate data.
  
• Prepare dashboards and performance scorecards for management review.
  
• Support business planning, forecasting, and productivity analysis.
  
• Automate reports and improve reporting efficiency using Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools.

• Handle ad-hoc data requests and provide insights to support decision-making.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security as per company policies.
  
• Ensure compliance with NBFC reporting norms and internal audit requirements.
  

Key Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
  
• Working knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / SQL / Python (preferred)
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
  
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
  
• Ability to handle multiple reports and deadlines
