Job Description
- As a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Executive for Online Support at TVS Electronics in Chennai, your role will involve providing online technical assistance and resolving customer issues related to label printers and thermal printers. Fluency in Hindi and Tamil is mandatory, along with a basic knowledge about label printers and thermal printers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide online support to customers for label and thermal printer-related queries.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and technical resolutions over call, chat, or email.
- Maintain and update customer interaction and support data in Excel.
- Handle customer escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product-related issues or escalated cases.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional support.
- Attend product training sessions to stay updated on technical specifications.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi and Tamil is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel.

In addition to the above details, the job offers Provident Fund as a benefit. Experience in customer support for at least 1 year is preferred. Fluency in Hindi is preferred for this position. The work location is in person.
