Job Description
- As a Lead Data Analyst (LDA) at TVS Motor Company, you will utilize your 6 to 9 years of experience to drive better business decisions by leveraging the available data. Your primary focus will be on resolving diverse business challenges to enhance online and offline customer traffic, inquiries, sales, and customer experience. By collaborating with business-facing agile squads, you will be instrumental in steering specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business.
Your responsibilities will encompass understanding and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, devising analytical approaches, and conducting data cleansing, processing, and validation to ensure data quality. You will also be responsible for data transformations, statistical analysis, and experiments to derive valuable business insights. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with business partners to consult on KPI performance and explore innovative ways to leverage data for driving business outcomes.
To excel in this role, you should be adept at problem-solving and possess expertise in BI reporting tools like Power BI and Apache Superset. Additional exposure to tools such as Grafana and Tableau would be advantageous. Proficiency in Python, including libraries like pandas, numpy, and sci-kit-learn, is crucial for data manipulation and analysis. Knowledge of SQL and statistical tests, along with a deep understanding of data modeling, schemas, and optimization, will be essential for success in this position.
Your educational background should ideally include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management, General Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Your role as a Lead Data Analyst at TVS Motor Company will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting in-depth data analysis, and presenting actionable insights to drive business growth and success.,
