About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in Agilysys systems, particularly with configuration tools like IGCM and IG12. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on Agilysys environments and a strong understanding of configuration management within these systems. This role will involve supporting configuration changes and potentially participating in system upgrade or migration initiatives.

Required skills and qualification:

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience working with Agilysys systems.
• Strong working knowledge of IGCM and IG12 tools.
• Familiarity with configuration management processes in a production environment.
• Experience in migrating from Agilysys version 4.5.3 to IG12, preferable but not a must

• Ability to work in client-facing or cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-border teams (U.S. and India)
• Strong team player with a commitment to mentoring and developing others
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (required)
