Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What you will do: You will assist with various HR tasks including onboarding, employee records, and reporting.
Key responsibility:
- Maintain employee files and records, both physical and digital.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
- Manage employee data and ensure accuracy in HR systems.
- Coordinate HR-related events and activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in HR or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
