Senior Developer SAP IBP

Oversight of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP processes including product development, integrations, and end-to-end support. Engagement ownership and vendor management responsibilities with 3rd party Product applications and oversight of all Product Application support. Experience with system enhancements, configuration, and implementation for the following Applications: SAP Product Suite (IBP, S/4HANA, etc.), Ortec, Palantir, PowerBI (Analytics, Dashboards, etc.), Google (GCP, etc.) Experience with configuration, integration, and implementation of planning systems including forecasting, inventory optimization, network optimization, and end-to-end supply chain visibility.

Data Eng. Technical Skills:

• Languages & Querying: SQL, Python, scripting languages
• Pipelines & Orchestration: Airflow, dbt, Azure Data Factory, ETL development
• Data Architecture: Data warehousing, data lakes/lakehouse, real-time streaming
• Security: Row-level & column-level security, data governance
• Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Looker

• 6+ Years of IBP experience across all modules (S&OP, Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory, Deployment), Previous experience with SAP APO a plus.
• Experience with Demand Sensing. Production, Deployment and Inventory Optimization a plus
• Ability to translate business requirements in to technical design architecture
• Ability to navigate quarterly upgrade documentation from SAP and define appropriate use cases that apply to business needs
• Ability to configure and deploy at all levels of IBP development including key figures, models, and CPI-DS integrations
• Knowledge of S4/HANA BAPIs/BADIs as it pertains to IBP integrations

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and understand requirements documentation developed during analysis
• Collaborate on technical solution design
• Design and execute technical performance, application integration (interface) and unit testing during development cycle
• Develop and execute automated test cases for applications
• Assist in testing to validate and provide operating controls to ensure development requirements are satisfied
• Will be responsible for analyzing high-level business processes and requirements
• Participate in project quality management tasks, such as peer and quality reviews of specifications, design documents, and code reviews
