Financial Risk Analyst (Credit Risk)

What role you will play in team: You will be part of the global financial risk management team, focused on credit risk assessment of our business partners. Your work will impact strategic decision-making within the company.

What you will do: You will assess and monitor credit risks associated with Uber's diverse business operations across various platforms. You'll help to build and maintain frameworks to assess creditworthiness of a variety of partners.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct in-depth credit risk assessments for Uber's business partners.
• Develop and maintain credit risk models and scoring systems for evaluating business partners.
• Monitor credit risk exposures and prepare regular reports to senior management.
• Work with legal and business teams to implement credit risk mitigation strategies.
• 
  Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements for financial risk management.
• Support the development and implementation of new credit risk policies and procedures.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business decisions.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in credit risk management or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and credit risk principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
