- The Global Insights Team is committed to building an efficient process that provides our community with a seamless, prompt, and complete resolution to their concerns every time.

- We are looking for an Operations Manager who is passionate about running global insights and will be able to lead and drive insights across the globe for mobility and delivery.
- The team is dedicated to provide world-class support to stakeholders to positively impact consumers, earners and merchants.
- This will be a managerial role with a focus on solving problems through data and leading teams to deliver stellar outcomes and continuous process improvement.
- The applicant should have very strong multi-tasking abilities while being able to understand the long-term vision and goals of the global programs team.

Your Impact in Role:
- Lead Operational performance on the ground while maintaining connection and engagement with cross functional teams.
- Be responsible for the creation of long-term strategies for achieving goals and delivering exceptional Stakeholder support.
- Perform analysis on historical performance in areas such as efficiency, CSAT and Quality to ensure emerging trends are captured.
- Standardize operations across multiple regional teams.
- Collaborate with Program Managers to prioritize sprints based on impact.

- Engage strategically with stakeholders to improve internal processes and the overall user experience.
The Experience You'll Bring Preferred Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication.
- At least 5 years of experience in People management.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Problem Solving.
- Experience of managing Stakeholders.
- Post Graduation. PMP or Green Belt Certification desirable.
- Program Management.
- Experience of managing teams in Risk and Fraud support operations will be handy.
