Role Description The Sales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jubilee Hills. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their home automation needs, and recommend suitable lighting, A/V, security, and integration solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations at the concept center, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales. The role also involves coordinating with the technical and installation teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Consultant will keep records of client interactions, track sales performance, and stay updated on new products and market trends.

• Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to identify customer needs and recommend suitable home automation & lighting solutions.
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships and ensure positive client experiences.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Ability to learn and explain technical products related to lighting, A/V, security, and integration systems.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home automation, lighting, or related industries.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and documentation of sales activities.
• Minimum of a bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
