Sr ML Engineer

About the Role

The Marketplace Health team is building tools that aim to explain movements in business metrics we aim to make business metrics explainable and actionable, fast. This is a new charter. The candidate would help contribute to the technical vision and help influence the teams short-term and long-term goals.

What youll do:

1. Lead the design, development, optimization, and productization of machine learning solutions and systems that are used to solve strategically important or vaguely defined problems.
   
2. Build ML solutions to improve RCA for marketplace metrics while delivering magical user experience
3. Lead ML engineers, provide technical leadership and vision for the team.

What youll need:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience
2. 7+ years of experience in software engineering with an emphasis on data-driven technologies

3. Experience in designing and crafting scalable, reliable, maintainable and reusable data & ML solutions.
4. 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional and/or cross-business projects, partnering with Product, Scientists, and cross-org leads to shape the teams strategies
