Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice and consultation to clients across a wide range of legal matters, ensuring commercially practical and legally sound solutions.
- Understand client requirements, identify legal risks, and recommend effective solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional legal support and becoming a trusted legal advisor.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying client needs and introducing relevant legal services and solutions during consultations.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and vet complex commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle escalated client matters and provide guidance on complex legal issues.
- Coordinate with external counsels and manage litigation matters, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to deadlines.
- Mentor and support junior legal consultants by providing guidance, reviewing work, and sharing best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Product, to enhance client experience and service delivery.
- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends, and proactively apply legal developments to client matters.

- Take complete ownership of assigned matters while maintaining high standards of professionalism, quality, and client satisfaction.
