Role Summary

• Utilize statistical and business intelligence tools to analyze and interpret Zendesk data


• Display meaningful statistics and explanations of raw data


• Automate report extraction from Zendesk


• Identify key insights for informed decision-making
  


• Analyze large amounts of data and present them in an analytical manner


• Identify and interpret trends in large data sets that aid in suggesting recommendations


• Create dashboards and use statistical tools to simplify patterns and trends


• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities


• Generate business knowledge reports


• Monitor performance and generate quality control plans

• Experience in analyzing large data sets with minimal problems
