Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically in banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? Were looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Banking business.

Youll get to:

• Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
• Prepare industry analyses for pitches
• Get involved in the execution of live deals

Your team

Youll be working in our Global Banking team. Were responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Your expertise

Please be mindful you can only make one application per academic year in the EMEA region (excluding Switzerland).

Were looking for a candidate who:

• Is in the penultimate or final year of their degree, or has recently graduated (no more than 6 months from the internship start date)
• Has or is on track for a 2:1 (UK grading system) or the equivalent in your first undergraduate degree
• Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
