Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be part of a team that identifies, assesses, and mitigates operational risks across various business units.
What you will do: Collaborate with business units to identify and assess risks, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Key responsibility:
- Conducting risk assessments, identifying and evaluating potential operational risks.
- Developing and implementing risk mitigation plans.
- Monitoring key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Collaborating with business units to ensure effective risk management.
- Preparing risk reports for senior management.
- Staying current with relevant risk management methodologies and regulatory changes.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Engineering).
- 2-4 years of experience in operational risk management.
- Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
