– be part of our Securities Client Servicing teams in Hyderabad
– be responsible for escalations , query management for PB clients for Corporate Actions
– Working with teams on root cause analysis and metrics
– Work with the team to suggest and implement process improvements
– take responsibility for appropriate exception escalation and coordinate resolution delivery with relevant parties
– collaborate effectively with partner functions to enhance the process and eliminate recurring issues / exceptions
– facilitate new business initiatives, projects and other change related work
Your team
You’ll be working in the Securities Operations team, aligned with the Client Services teams who provide Settlements & Asset Servicing support to PB Clients. You will be working closely with the Corporate Actions processing and client teams, who are based in London and in Hyderabad.
Your expertise
You have:
– an understanding of, and an interest in Corporate Actions and Income Processing
– good understanding of financial markets, products and processes
– a clear communication style
– the ability to identify root causes of issues and drive/ implement changes as required
– an awareness of when to escalate
– having a pragmatic "can do" attitude
– an innovative approach to solving day-to-day process problems
