Your role

Do you understand the complexities of different corporate events, both mandatory and voluntary? Do you have experience in the full front to back life cycle of corporate actions? Can you manage an event and take ownership and accountability for ensuring it is correctly processed?

Do you understand the risks associated with Corporate Actions & Income Processing ? Can you work to deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy throughout?

We're looking for someone like that to:

– be part of our Corporate Actions & Income team in Hyderabad / Pune

– Strong people and stake holder Management

– take responsibility and ownership for the different stages of the event lifecycle

– work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all elements of the event are understood

– manage the break exception process on T1 to ensure all breaks are known and corrective action taken

– understand the intersystem flows and how information and data passes through each

Your team

You’ll be working in the Securities Operations team, aligned with the Corporate Actions teams who provide Asset Servicing support to all business units and clients on European Securities. You will be working closely with the Corporate Actions processing and client teams, who are based in London and in Hyderabad/Pune.

Your experience and skills

You have:

– a strong understanding of both Dividends / Coupons or mandatory and voluntary EMEA Corporate Actions, with an appreciation of the complexities across different event types and markets

– an in depth knowledge of corporate action key dates and terminology

– experience of stock borrowing and lending corporate actions processing

– familiarity with both long and short positions

– ability to manage risk in a fast paced environment

– a keen eye for detail

– a clear communication style

– the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

– an innovative approach to solving day-to-day process problems
