Your role
Do you have a passion for transforming financial data into value added insights?
We’re looking for a senior risk insights specialist to:
- review portfolio developments and provide reasoned, concise commentary on the key risk drivers
- interpret risk metrics to support divisional and entity Chief Risk Officer (CRO) teams
- use analytical skills to provide solutions, support findings and propose portfolio steering measures
- provide risk model and stress scenario insights highlighting trends as appropriate
- collaborate with technology and design teams to establish interactive dashboards demonstrating risk exposures and stress results
- support development of risk insights capabilities across the team in India

Risk Reporting, Analysis and Data (RRAD) aspire to support management decisions through portfolio-level insights, as well as provide all of Group Risk Control (GRC) with highly automated reports and dashboards fed by well controlled data.

Your expertise
You have:
- excellent knowledge of risk and financial instruments
- fluent in English
- proven multi-year experience in the financial services industry in one of the following disciplines:
o Risk or treasury reporting specialist
You are:
- capable of justifying recommendations to a senior audience
- comfortable communicating at all levels of the organisation including senior management
- able to collaborate across functions and be a motivated self-starter
- flexible and able to respond quickly to urgent requests
- an organised person with a keen attention to detail
- tech-savvy and eager to harness new techniques to improve reporting processes
