Job Role: UCP PTP

Job Location: Bangalore

Primary Purpose: This role is to work with Koch companies on Unclaimed Property and perform monthly due diligence reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work to export all stale dated checks past a certain date range and communicate with suppliers by sending due diligence letters


• Organizational skills to maintain accurate tracking of responses understanding when next steps should be taken


• Efficient communication and collaboration with Koch teams and suppliers to gather relevant information for processing payments



• Understand key processes/systems in Accounts Payable in order to provide support across Koch companies


• Proactively work to identify value-added opportunities that drive process improvement, ensure compliance, reduce costs and drive economic value


• Develop best practices, knowledge share with peers, and update desktop procedures

Education:Bachelor of Commerce

Work Experience:

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or related Business field of study


• Expertise in MS Office Suite specifically Excel & Outlook


• Experience in working on Generic Mailbox

What Will Put You Ahead:

• Experience in multiple ERP systems (SAP, Infor, etc.)


• Experience with data analysis/visualization tools beyond Microsoft Excel (i.e. Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau)
