We are looking for an experienced Search Campaign Manager who will work directly with our client and may also coordinate with their brands/clients. This role requires expertise in search campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring while ensuring compliance with policies and brand guidelines.


Responsibilities:

- Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver on campaign objectives.


- Set up and manage search campaigns (keywords, targeting, ad copy, tracking, and budgets).


- Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and generate reports.


- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and policies.


- Troubleshoot issues, resolve errors, and ensure timely, accurate execution.


Requirements:


- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns from planning to optimization.


- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms with daily account management responsibilities.


- Strong skills in keyword research, automated bidding strategies, ad copy creation, landing page testing, search query analysis, and ongoing optimizations.


- Ability to develop compelling ad copy using landing page insights.


- Proficient in managing keyword bids, audience targeting, budgets, impression share, quality score, and other performance metrics.


- Skilled in providing strategic recommendations for campaign structuring, targeting, and keyword audience opportunities aligned with client goals.


- Experience generating weekly/monthly reports on performance, KPIs, revenue, and campaign effectiveness.


- Ability to monitor and analyze web analytics dashboards and reporting tools to highlight key insights.


- Proven success in managing both B2B and B2C acquisition campaigns, driving efficiency and performance.


- Strong analytical mindset to identify performance trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.


- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders on timelines, updates, and results.


- Ability to provide oversight and guidance while working closely with team members to meet client objectives.

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms, with hands-on experience in bulk sheet creation and troubleshooting uploads.

- Strong understanding of SA360, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and related tools.


- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables/charts, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.


- Knowledge of conversion tracking and floodlight tagging.


Soft skills:

- Exceptional attention to detail, proactive in quality-checking own work, and able to follow instructions accurately.

- Able to meet deadlines and ask questions proactively to avoid delays in deliverables.


- Strong verbal and written communication skills, open to feedback and quick to act on it.


- Supervisory experience preferred, with the ability to coach and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality output.
