This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Erode for a Head of Retail Sales. The role involves managing retail sales strategies, analyzing sales data, overseeing the sales team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The head of retail sales will be responsible for driving growth, building strong customer relationships, and leading a motivated team to meet and exceed sales targets.
