About The Role
Ultrafly Solutions is looking for a passionate and driven HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. Based on performance, this role has the potential to be converted into a full-time position after 3 months.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate databases
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain records of candidate interactions and interview results
• Support other HR functions as needed (onboarding, documentation, etc.)
• Learn and adapt to HR best practices and compliance guidelines

What Were Looking For

• Any graduate (preferably with HR / Business / Psychology background)
• Strong interest in recruitment and human resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of job portals and social media hiring
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
